Data Deletion
Last updated 2 September 2026
This page explains how to request that your data — or your child's data — be deleted from Orange Fee, including data connected to Orange Fee's use of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
If you're a guardian
You can ask that your WhatsApp number, name, and message history be removed from Orange Fee by emailing aaronjthomas2002@gmail.com with the phone number to remove and the name of the institution it's linked to. We'll confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
One real limit worth stating plainly: if that number is linked to a real recorded payment, the underlying financial record (the invoice and payment itself) may need to be kept by the institution for its own accounting requirements, even after your contact details and message history are removed. We'll always tell you clearly if that applies to your request.
If you're an institution
An institution can request deletion of its entire account — every student, guardian, staff, and payment record — by emailing aaronjthomas2002@gmail.com from an address associated with the account. We'll verify the request and confirm once it's complete.
What happens to WhatsApp message history
Deleting a guardian's record removes their message history from Orange Fee's own records. Meta's own retention of message metadata, as the platform Orange Fee sends through, is governed separately by Meta's own policies.
